Who we support
Registered NDIS Services for Western Sydney and the Hills
Bopha Cares is a registered NDIS provider, approved by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, with our office at 39 Apache Rd, Bossley Park. We provide NDIS services to participants in Sydney's west and north-west — from Fairfield and Liverpool to Parramatta, Blacktown and the Hills District. We're an independently run provider, not a national chain. You deal with the same small team from your first call, we work hard to keep your support workers consistent, and decisions about your support are made locally. We work with self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants, and there are no lock-in contracts or exit fees.

Help with cleaning, cooking, laundry and home maintenance so you can live independently.
NDIS Nursing & Complex Care
Qualified nurses providing medication management, wound care and health monitoring at home.
Personal Care
Dignified support with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility for everyday independence.
Community Activities & Social Support
Support to engage with your community, attend events and build meaningful social connections.
Short Term Accommodation & Respite
Safe, supported short stays for participants — and a well-earned break for carers.
Transport Services
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles and trained drivers for appointments, activities and errands.

- We agree on a service agreement together — no lock-in contracts and no exit fees
- We match you with support workers who suit your needs and schedule
- We check in regularly and adjust your support as your goals change
